I’ll start this post by describing my hair type: medium to think, wavy, dry(ish) & slightly damaged (thanks to chemical processes like colouring). Because of my hair’s texture, I can easily untangle knots if my hair has been conditioned (I prefer a spray).
I love the Nuxe brand. They make one of my top 5 beauty products ever (the Huile Prodigieuse Dry Oil). Another favourite Nuxe line is rêve de miel that uses honey as its main ingredient. I adore the Face and Body Cleaning Gel from the line – it smells like heaven.
I was VERY interested to try the new rêve de miel Gentle Shampoo Bar, R245 (BUY) – a solid, sulfate free shampoo bar with 91% of ingredients of natural origin.
The press release claims the following:

My Experience:
I’ve tried a few shampoo bars and enjoyed using them, so I was rather excited to try this one. I found this one lathered really well and did a good job of cleansing my hair. It didn’t leave my hair feeling dry, but then again, I did you a cream conditioner straight after.
I think this shampoo bar is best suited to those with short or fine hair. It’s a great option if you wash your hair daily. Men will also LOVE it. It’s also a really great compact, lightweight option for traveling – if the formula suits your hair type.
