I had a good laugh when i read about “beauty editor’s skin”. Finally i have a diagnosis! I am no beauty editor, but my skin is a super sensitive matter to me. I developed adult acne at 25 out of the blue, been on a course if Roaccutane but sadly the effect wasn’t long lasting. I am 30 years old and apart from the acne that i have to deal with, i am sadly also developing normal signs of ageing. Which is so hard for me to accept. Because honestly, it doesn’t feel fair to me to have the acne of a teenager AND the wrinkles of a 30-year old. So i am slathering about 9 products on my face everyday. Ranging from retinol, colostrum serum, acne treatments, moisturisers etc. The dermatologist advised that i stopped my array of beauty products and stick to one product for now as he believes i am making my skin worse with my excessive product use. Sjoeewie, this is a long story! But in short, seeing that i am on a product sabbatical, i think the BioNike might just be the perfect product for me to try!
