So, who want’s to win this real leather, made in Italy, Karl Lagerfeld bag valued at R5000?
When the lovely PR from S. Bacher & Co (the company that bring in Karl Lagerfeld fragrances, among others) asked me if I’d like to give away a Karl Lagerfeld bag, I (obviously) didn’t hesitate for a moment.
My only conditions were that it needed to be the real thing (not a gift-with-purchase made in China bag), come complete with an authenticity certificate and dust bag and, preferably be leather.
When the bag arrived, my heart skipped a beat. It’s just so gorgeous. It’s made of the softest lambs leather, the hardware (zips, metal detailing etc.) are of the highest quality and it’s just so damn cute. It kinda reminds me of the classic Chanel bag I’ve been coveting for years with its patchwork leather details.
Because it’s on the smaller side, I think it’s the perfect evening bag. So you can get an idea of the size, I photographed it with my new Desray shirt dress (R780 – in stores now).
As a sweetener, I’ll also be throwing in a 45ml Karl Lagerfeld EDP for Her, valued at R695 along with the bag. This sensual and modern scent combines vibrant green notes of lime with fresh rose and magnolia. The fragrance is softened with velvety notes of peach, sensual musk and amber woods.
