I recently attended the very exclusive Woolworths Autumn/Winter 2024 fashion and decor preview.

There were so many beautiful things to see, touch, smell and taste.

The dress code was ‘Tonal, Textural, Comfortable’.

While it was a warm 20 degrees, the wind was picking up. I decided on my Zara khaki high-rise trousers, a simple black vest form Poetry and my recently acquired camel knitted coat from Mango. Neutral cream sneakers from Desray bought in the ‘comfort’ angle while my beloved black sunnies from Ray Ban finished off the look.

There were a few things that caught my eye, but most exciting of all was a rail showcasing a new luxury collection called Woolworths Premium.

You’ll find cashmere jumpers, silk dresses and the softest, buttery leather trousers, pencil skirts and jackets.

There’s also a great selection of shoes and bags in the collection.

The style of this leather cross body bag is spot on trend – simple, elegant and compact.

Price wise, you’re looking at around R1,300 for a bag, R2999 for a cashmere sweater and R2,000 for a cashmere scarf.

For those in the market for a new trench coat – one of winter’s MUST-HAVE items, Woolies have some fab ones on offer.

In terms of homeware, I spotted this gorgeous bleached wooden board and bowl.

I just LOVE the simple 70’s almost Scandi chic vibe of this crockery that we were served dinner on, and the gold plated cutlery is simply stunning.

How beautiful and inviting do the dinner tables look?

Along with a STUNNING goody bag, each guest received one of these scented candles in a handmade ceramic bowl.

Shout out to Woolworth’s for a superb evening. Well done to the team for curating some seriously covetable merchandise.
