I want my home to smell great & rely on scented candles, burners, fragranced mists & essential oils to scent my surroundings.

I love the selection from Amanda Jayne, a local fragrance brand that ‘brings the poetry of scent to life” in elegant home & body products.

The Amanda Jayne collection is hand-crafted with the finest natural ingredients in small batches & is cruelty-free.

I wanted to showcase some of my favourites from the brand – and throw in a gorgeous giveaway too.

Eden Bath & Body Oil R349 (BUY)

Words can’t quite explain how much I adore this oil that can be used on the body or in the bath. This oil is infused with a blend of lavender, geranium, rosemary and peppermint essential oils. When used as a body oil, it conditions the skin without leaving an oily residue while subtly scenting the skin.

As with most body oils, it’s best to apply them to damp skin, this allows them to penetrate far better.

Turn bath time into bliss by adding 4-6 pumps of this oil to warm water. Lie back, relax and breathe in the delightful scent. I also love how this oil leaves its delicate fragrance trail in my bathroom for hours after use.

Greenhouse Natural Scented Soy Candle R410 (BUY)

I love a scented candle. Who doesn’t? This one contains notes of Neroli (my favourite scent in the whole world), lavender, lemon and bergamot. The scent is soothing, tranquil and calming. This candle has a 45 hour burn time and is made using 100% natural soy wax.

Gold Wick Trimmer R345 (BUY)

Did you know that trimming the wick of a candle allows the flame to have a clearer and brighter burn? It will also ensure that your candle doesn’t create a black, sooty residue when burning. While you can absolutely use plain old scissors to trim your wick, you could also be extra and invest in this gorgeous gold wick trimmer that will make you feel like a domestic goddess every time you use it.

Greenhouse Ambient Mist R240 (BUY)

I was intrigued by this mist when I saw it on the website and decided to give it a try. Described as an all-natural air freshener that cleanses the air in a 70% alcohol base with purified water and neroli, lavender, lemon and bergamot essential oils. And, not only does this mist freshen and disinfect the air, it will also scent your home with its uplifting fragrance. To use, you simply shake and spray into the center of a room (avoiding spraying directly onto furnishings, naked flames or heat source).

Palm Leaf Burner R200 (BUY) & Greenhouse Pure Essential Oil R210 (BUY)

Because I’m obsessed with my home smelling great, I have quite a collection of ceramic burners. I love this one with its palm leaf print. To use, I add some water, then a few drops of essential oil.

As I’m sure you’ve gathered, Greenhouse is a favourite scent profile when it comes to Amanda Jayne products. Obviously, I HAD to get it in an essential oil too, because a scented candle, room spritz, and hand and body wash is not enough LOL!

Greenhouse Natural Hand & Body Wash R249 (BUY)

Amanda Jayne’s soothing natural soaps are blended with coconut oil, which works to soften and lightly moisturise the skin while washing away impurities. The range is fragranced with the brands various blends of essential oils. Yes, I opted for Greenhouse (it’s the Neroli, I LOVE neroli!) again. This hand & body wash contains no toxic ingredients, is Vegan and is free of parabens and sulphates. The formula is packaged in a PET plastic bottle.
